Refunds/Returns are only allowed in cases where our customer receives a defective or damaged product. All our products undergo strict quality check, so the chances of receiving a defective product are slim.
In the rare case that you do receive a defective/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within a week of receiving the order. Email should be sent to [email protected], with the title as "Return/Refund request". Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 1 week.
We will initiate a refund once the product has been picked up/shipped back to us. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 working days.
Exchanges are allowed for products where there may be a size or fit issue. In such a case, we will exchange the same product for your correct size. The customer will be expected to ship back the product to our address. Once the product is shipped back, we will initiate the shipment of the required size..
Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of order placed.
Any repair/re-polish requests made after 45 days of purchase, will come at an additional cost that includes shipping, handling and repair/polishing charges. The customer would be expected to ship the product to New Delhi
